If you are a seasoned lesbian, you can stop reading. You know all the tricks. If you are a skeptical lesbian and you are thinking “Why on earth is this married woman giving dating tips, I bet she goes into bed at 10 every night,” I can assure you that – even if it’s true that I am not exactly a night owl – I am still in the know.
Food is love and my personal best recipe is asperges à la Flamande. I made it for Annelien and a year later we were at city hall, promising the mayor that we would stay together for better or worse and that we would use the sports facilities of the city of Leuven, Belgium. The latter was the main focus of the mayor’s speech and we awkwardly promised that we would stay in Leuven and make use of its great sports amenities. We knew that we wouldn’t be able to live up to our gym promise, but figured that you can’t really say “no” when you are getting married. But back to the asparagus. As you can imagine, the asparagus dish gave me a head start. Annelien rolled her eyes back in her head as she ate it.
If you are not much of a cook - I am not implying here that I am a big cook - or you think that you won't be able to keep it all together to cook a whole dish, consider taking your lover out for a camping trip. Most lesbians I know love camping, apart from the occasional princess. And if you are lucky, she may suggest you guys use her Honda Element to make the trip.
