Annelien may have told you that she is writing a book. What she probably didn’t tell you, is that she is also preparing to compete in American Idol. Yesterday night, we went out with Scott, our new friend. He took us to this karaoke bar in Japantown here in San José. Scott appealed to the public with his Bon Jovi songs. Annelien brought us a song from her rich repertoire, Wake me up before you Go-go, the famous Wham song. She was great! The crowds were thrilled and Annelien secretly continues practicing. I was too shy to perform on stage and just coached the two singers.
